Changed your mind?
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive it. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.
Received damaged or ‘not as described’ goods?
This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault.
If you would like to cancel and/or return an order please let us know as soon as possible.
Please return items in their original packaging and, if applicable, in a re-saleable condition.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of either receipt of the goods back, or if you provide evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is the sooner.
A deduction can be made, if applicable, if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
The extent to which you handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
Refunding the cost of delivery We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, we will refund the basic cost.
The information you give us is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone else.
When you place an order with us we will not retain any of your credit card details. This just means that if you place any further orders with us you need to enter your credit card details again.

All of our handmade soaps are cut by hand, and are weight(g) labelled on the back of the bars at the time of wrapping.
At Coconut Blush we try really hard to make sure we always offer our full range of products to customers.
If, however, we run out of a particular product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and suggest an alternative.
Customers can request a full refund if items are out of stock.
